By joining the TCA you will: 

• contribute and support this amazing community in which you live;

• receive invites to the quarterly general membership meetings;

• be abreast of matters that are presented involving issues in the community;

• engage in community conversations which impact our community, and

• receive an invite to enjoy and/or participate in TCA-hosted events

• These memberships are on Auto Renewal unless cancelled.

​We have 2 types of memberships: Tantallon Covenant Members & Associate Members

​

Renewal of Tantallon Regular Memberships: Are for Members who have previously subscribed. All memberships purchased prior to Sept. 1st have expired.

For Members who have purchased memberships prior to Sept. 1st please note, your membership is not current. The TCA memberships are based upon the TCA Fiscal Calendar Year which takes place from Sept. 1st - August 31st. These memberships are on Auto Renewal unless cancelled.

Tantallon Regular Member: Any individual who owns, or resides in, property governed by the Tantallon Land Covenants and who has made payment of dues that may be prescribed in the By-Laws of the Association. (Click here to See Attachment A, Designation of Property Covered by Tantallon Land Covenants)

You are invited to vote in general membership meetings because you are residing in homes that are within the land covenants.

​

Associate Member: Any individual who owns, or resides in, property in Prince George’s County, Maryland, which is not covered by the Tantallon Land Covenants, and which is adjacent to: Swan Creek Road between Fort Washington Road and Hatton Point Road, Riverview Road between Swan Creek Road and Swan Harbor Road, Swan Harbor Road, Hatton Point Road, Shore Drive, Bonhill Drive and associated cul de sac areas, Canoe Court, and Halyard Place, and who has made payment of dues that may be prescribed in the By-Laws of the Association.

You are not invited to vote in general membership meetings because you are not residing in homes that are within the land covenants. We welcome and encourage you to share your thoughts and thank you in advance for your contributions.​
